Kimberly Loszynski – Executive Director

Kim, Loudonville’s Executive Director, has dedicated her love and life to caring for the senior population. Kim, who completed her nursing residency at St. Mary’s in Troy, has been a part of our family for a long time, having worked at both Westmere and Loudonville Assisted Living Residence. Kim who was Loudonville’s Director of Resident Care from 2007-2017 is now bringing her experience and heart to her role as our Executive Director.

Carrin Swanson

Carrin has been the Gerald Levine Center for Memory Care’s Program Director for the past 5 years. Passionate about improving the lives of those with Alzheimer’s Disease and other Dementias, she holds many certifications including Certified Dementia Practitioner, Essential ALZ, and Train the Trainer. She also sits on the Planning Committee for the Alzheimer’s Association Caregivers and Professional Conferences and the Walk to End Alzheimer’s.

Edward Rourke

Ed was born and raised in Albany and studied culinary arts under George Hoffis and Michael Panza of Panza's Restaurant in Saratoga Springs. Our residents certainly love Ed's grilled pork tenderloin with an orange glaze and chicken marsala over buttered egg noodles.

Nancy Jackman

Nancy Jackman, LPN is Loudonville’s Director of Resident Care. She first realized her passion for helping seniors when she started out as a CAN in 1984. A Nurse since 1984, Nancy always has an open ear for our resident’s concerns and stories of lives past. About hearing their life stories, Nancy says “I have gained a valuable insight into the aging process which has given me a greater appreciation of life. Mostly, I love making a difference in their lives.”

Najee Childs

Najee Childs is our Registered Nurse Manager at Enhanced Living at Loudonville. She loves working with seniors because she was raised by her grandmother who she provided love and care for toward the end of her life. Najee has two awesome boys who keep her life full of excitement.

Darcy Panetta has worked in various capacities for the Levine family since the 1970’s as a graduate nurse, administrator and now our Director of Marketing and Admissions. Come take a tour with Darcy and discover right away why she has chosen to dedicate her life to Caring for others.

Barbara Lawson

Barbara is Loudonville’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and everyone’s favorite employee come pay day! She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant with 20 years of experience in Public Accounting, has two wonderful sons and a Siberian Husky fur baby.
